A child was killed and a woman injured by Syrian regime shelling in Idlib on Sunday , the Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) reported.
The child, identified as Abdul Hadi Salman, was killed in the al-Kfeir village in south of Jisr al-Shoghour city in the western suburbs of the governorate, the SNHR said.
Sunday’s shelling is not the first time the Assad regime has violated the ceasefire in the governorate.
“The international community should put pressure on the Syrian regime and its allies to force them to compensate the displaced victims, rehabilitate homes and vital centers, support the process of political transition,” the SNHR said in a statement on Sunday.
